Treat your mum on 9th May with a slice of heavenly strawberry cake. A double layer strawberry cake flavoured with rosewater and lychees, covered in a rosewater buttermilk frosting. Can be made gluten-free.
Ingredients: Eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, sour cream, vanilla, flour, baking powder, strawberries, rosewater. For the buttercream: egg whites, butter, sugar, rosewater, pink food colouring.
