Every Christmas dinner needs a pav - we make your base and you can top with your favourite topping.

For the cream we recommend a mix of fresh cream and marscarpone, or fresh cream with yoghurt or creme fraiche for a slightly sour cream. Then add your favourite summer fruits.

We make them 20cm size, which delivers a towering beauty for your dessert table.
